KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Accounting
β’ Record daily sales, cash, card, online delivery, discounts, refunds, tips, petty cash, and POS transactions.
β’ Verify end-of-day reports, cashier summaries, bank deposits, and settlement reports.
Cost & Inventory
β’ Coordinate with cost control and stores on inventory valuation, wastage, transfers, spoilage, and cost of sales.
