Akima is seeking a highly experienced and mission‑focused Senior A&A Support Lead to oversee all Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities across the organization’s cybersecurity portfolio. In this senior role, the Lead will guide the execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), ensure the accuracy and completeness of security documentation, and drive system accreditation efforts from initiation through continuous monitoring.

The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Mater Expert (SME) on A&A processes, collaborating closely with system owners, engineers, ISSOs, and leadership to ensure that Military Sealift Command’s (MSC) systems meet all federal, DoD, and organizational cybersecurity requirements.
