Domtar seeks a Senior Accounts Payable Professional in Montreal, Quebec, to manage and optimize accounts payable processes. This full-time permanent position allows for hybrid working arrangements.

Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for timely invoice entry, resolving discrepancies, and executing check runs. Your strong analytical skills and proactive communication will be key in fostering relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage entry of invoices across systems
• Assist with reconciliation of accounts payables
• Run weekly checks for mills and clients
• Investigate and resolve payment concerns
• Keep information files current with regular updates

Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
