This position will report directly to the Manager of Vendor/Payment Operations. You will analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable improvements to the Mergers & Acquisitions integration processes.
The work assignments will involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This Professional will work across all business areas and all job levels at Humana to collaborate, manage projects, and implement process improvements. You will manage acquisition programs from an Enterprise Procurement and Supplier Management (EPSM) perspective. This includes training, inquiry resolution, attending and/or facilitating all meetings, communicating with acquired companies, and process decision-making.
