Well established and real estate investment company with over 6B AUM is expanding and seeks a dynamic Senior Accounting Manager for their property division. The Sr. Property Accounting Manager will oversee financial accounting, administration, financial close processes, reconciliations, and strategic analysis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, implement process improvements, and contribute to the organization's financial strategy and potential to be promoted to Director of Accounting.


Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of reports.
