About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager (Quick Books & ) with in-depth knowledge of Quick Books & software to join our growing finance and accounting team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions for US-based real estate or property management clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)
Manage the end-to-end AP/AR process using , including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, monitor outstanding payables, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
