Role Objective
To manage Inleaβs accounting, tax, and administrative matters in a comprehensive manner, ensuring full regulatory compliance in Spain while maintaining an organized, efficient financial operation aligned with the needs of growing companies.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Manage full-cycle accounting
- Record invoices, accruals, amortizations, and adjustments
- Perform periodic bank reconciliations
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly and annual closings
- Prepare balance sheets and profit & loss statements
Tax
- Preparation and filing of tax returns:
- VAT (Forms 303, 390)
- Personal Income Tax Withholdings (Forms 111, 115, 190, 180)
