The chosen candidate will be joining an experienced Cornwall based accountancy firm that focuses on providing bespoke accountancy, business and financial advice for each of their client’s.

With a client base ranging from long-established PLC’s, start-up businesses and sole traders, the ideal Senior Accountant will be employed to manage both a substantial client portfolio as well as a growing team of qualified and part qualified accountants.

In this accountancy firm, the Senior Accountant will carry out a wide range of general accounting duties, including:

• Accounts preparation for Limited companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, LLPs and Charities
• Reviewing the work of more junior members of the team
• Liaising directly with clients
• Tax computations
• Assisting in the planning and management of the workflow 
• Exciting ad-hoc duties including budgeting & forecasting and due diligence
