Position Overview
This role is essentially responsible for preparation of Tax deliverables, preparation of MAS and Financial Statements (FRS), adhoc BAU reporting requirements, key liaison of external audits, and participate in process improvement activities and adhoc projects.
Areas of Responsibilities Process improvement and documentation - Participate in process improvement projects such as process changes for automation of certain reporting processes using Alteryx.
- Contribute to UAT testing for system enhancements.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and share ideas for more efficiency.
BAU Activities - Preparation of MAS returns and Financial Statements.
- Be the key point of contact of audit, liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Preparation of data for finance monitoring and review.
- Extraction and preparation of information for tax computation.
