An established organisation is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong public sector background and solid reporting experience. This role provides the opportunity to work across multiple reporting and compliance processes within a supportive finance environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with public sector regulations and standards
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Support audits and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to management

Qualifications & Skills:

• SAICA or SAIPA qualified
• Newly qualified up to 3 years post articles experience
• Strong reporting skills
• Public sector experience preferred
