Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Administration, bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements of domiciled companies
Coordination of external Audit of domiciled companies
Preparation of payment instructions and follow up with the banks, clients and suppliers
Coordination with tax advisors for the preparation of tax and VAT returns and liaising with local tax authorities
Preparation of quarterly standalone financial statements and consolidated reporting packages
Monthly reconciliation and preparation of cash balances and cash flow statements
Quarterly Inter-company reconciliations
Maintaining accounting and tax files up to date
Main point of contact for the auditors
FATCA reporting
Support of Activities of the Group
Other duties as assigned
