Senior Accountant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: 80k - 110k

Large public company in the North Valley seeks a senior accountant with strong GAAP knowledge to join their team. Ideal candidate will have public accounting experience or will have had at least 3 years working for a publicly traded company.

Duties:

· Responsible for general ledger maintenance, reconciliation and assisting with budget processes

· Month-end reporting

· Performance analysis

· Ensures GAAP compliance

· Cost Analysis

· Variance Analysis

· Job cost reporting

· Assist with audits

Qualifications:

· BS/BA degree in accounting or finance

· Experience with ACS 842 and ASC 606

· Strong knowledge of GAAP

· Manufacturing experience++
