Overview


Perform various accounting duties and financial analysis for the Accounts Payable/Payroll GL functions company-wide.


Responsibilities


+ Perform daily and monthly accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to ensure accurate and timely recording of payroll and benefits expenses.

+ Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial statements are accurate.

+ Utilize data analytics to ensure completeness and accuracy in recording expenses and related accruals in the general ledger.

+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in accounting workflows as well as look for opportunities to implement analytical procedures for large sets of payroll and benefits data.
