Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in public company accounting to join their growing finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting the monthly and quarterly close process, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements. Experience with 10-K and 10-Q filings is strongly preferred, and NetSuite experience is required.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules during the month-end and quarter-end close.

+ Assist with the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures for internal and external reporting.

+ Support SEC reporting activities, including work related to 10-K and 10-Q filings.

+ Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
