Role Summary

Oversees client portfolios, supervises bookkeeping teams, ensures trust accounting compliance, and manages client relationships. Plays a key role in driving efficiency and quality within entity’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping and trust accounting for multiple property management clients (STR & LTR).
• Review and finalize reconciliations, journal entries, and reports prepared by juniors and mid-level bookkeepers.
• Handle complex transactions, clearing account issues, accruals, and adjustments.
• Lead client communications, addressing reporting requirements, queries, and escalations.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Junior and Bookkeepers; provide feedback and training.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, trust accounting rules, and client contracts.
• Drive process improvements, develop SOPs, and support system integrations (QBO, Get Clearing, VR Platform).
