Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Accountant / HR–Admin to join our team.
Key Responsibilities - Handle full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, GL entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- Manage payroll processing
- Maintain employee records, contracts, leave balances, and HR documentation
- Address employee queries related to HR, payroll, and labour regulations
- Manage office administration and document control
- Handle employee onboarding, off‑boarding, and all permit and visa renewals
- Handle insurance policies, trade license renewals, and government portals
- Support management with reports, schedules, and compliance requirements
