Report to: Financial Reporting Manager
Role: Assist Finance Manager in performing accounting operations in HO.
Accountabilities
• Register the new purchase, addition of Fixed Asset (classification, coding,…) in Oracle system - FA module.
• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
• Recommend to FM any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
• Update the disposal, location transfer of Fixed Asset in Oracle system.
• Support the approval process of Fixed Asset Disposal/ Transfer Requests from all location.
• Coordinate with fixed asset accountants, project accountants in locations, planning officers, project owners in daily issues.
• Follow up the payment status of Fixed Asset purchase.
