Key Responsibilities - Perform and monitor day‑to‑day finance activities
- Book sales and purchase invoices
- Record bank and credit card transactions
- Manage cash flow and daily cash position
- Handle property management tasks (rent received, expenses paid, revenue reconciliation)
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
- Manage payables
- Communicate with the operations department
- Perform month‑end activities
- Book and reverse provisions
- Book and reverse prepaid items
- Depreciation accounting
- Reconcile payment gateways
- Close monthly books in line with IFRS
- Prepare monthly MIS
- Implement finance process improvements
- Liaise with auditors
Qualifications And Skills - Proficient user of finance software (Oracle Fusion is an added advantage)
