Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations and month‑end closing.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable with proper follow‑up and ageing control.
- Prepare customer outstanding reports and coordinate with sales team for collections.
- Reconcile supplier accounts, customer accounts, bank accounts, petty cash and intercompany balances.
- Prepare VAT workings and support VAT filing.
- Monitor inventory‑related accounting, landed cost, cost of goods sold and stock valuation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports including sales, gross profit, collections, expenses and cash flow.
- Verify purchase invoices, supplier payments, debit notes, credit notes and expense claims.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers and internal departments.
