Position Overview
The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Senior Account Solution Architect to guide the growth and development of Red Hat’s business with one of our largest and most strategic UK customers. In this role, you will be the technical sales leader for your accounts. You will create opportunities, solve problems and establish trusted relationships with our customers. You will collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Ecosystem teams to discover the customer’s business and technical objectives and help them invest in the right solutions from the Red Hat and Partner Ecosystem portfolio. You’ll be expected to handle a range of customer conversations, from introductory discussions on our solutions to mapping architectural and technical details specific to the customer’s environment.
