The Senior Account Manager will lead the service and operational execution for our Industrial Water division in Singapore. This role is designed for a high‑potential leader who will oversee a team of Service Engineers and Sales Representatives. Your goal is to elevate service delivery standards, drive team competency, and ensure operational excellence across wastewater and facility water systems in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Service Excellence
• Oversee the daily operations of the service team, including chemical top‑ups, system troubleshooting, and regular site maintenance.
• Manage the allocation of site servicing loads and ensure 100% contract fulfillment.
