Summary
The Sr. Manager, Client Accounts will have a hands-on role within our Account Management Team. They are responsible for the shepherding projects on assigned, from project initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for growing the existing accounts(s) assigned by identifying new opportunities
- Contributes to new business development activities within the account team
- Day-to-day client contact (central point of contact)
Market/Client Knowledge
- Demonstrates ability to think proactively about client strategies and lifecycle management
- Stays educated on client therapeutic area, products, strategy, and competitive space
- Continues to learn and applies knowledge to reviews of content and demonstrates understanding through internal and client communication
