Overview This role focuses on managing and expanding key client relationships within the fintech and financial services sector. The Senior Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor to clients while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across APAC.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies.
- Identify expansion opportunities and renewals.
- Coordinate with support and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor contract performance and commercial terms.
Qualifications - 5+ years in account management within SaaS, data, or fintech environments.
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and retention strategies.
- Experience negotiating renewals and commercial agreements.
