Position Overview

- Handle full set accounts independently.
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and cash flow reports.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor project costing, budget control, and payment schedules.
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, official receipts, and journal entries.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Handle SST, tax matters, and statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and payroll support.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
- Assist management in financial planning and reporting.
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
