Key Responsibilities
Account & Client Relationship Management
Serve as a key point of contact for Clients on daily project matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Support the Account Manager (AM) in managing client expectations and delivering timely updates.Help identify client needs and proactively escalate challenges or opportunities to senior team members.Maintain professional and positive relationships with Clients, participating in client meetings and entertainment activities when necessary.3rd Party Coordination
