THE ROLE You will own the global senior relationship with one of the company's flagship enterprise accounts — a major international hospitality group operating hundreds of properties across multiple continents. This is not a new-logo hunting role. The account is live and growing; your job is to deepen the partnership, stay ahead of the client's property expansion pipeline, and ensure every new property lands on the platform.
You will operate at C-suite level, lead executive reviews, act as the internal conduit between the client and product/implementation/support teams, and hold commercial accountability for renewals and expansion.
