Position Overview
Responsibilities
- To achieve region sales target & productivity assigned by Management.
- Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies, identify and secure potential business opportunities from bank.
- Monitor teamβs sales performance results and engage in timely coaching sessions when necessary.
- Responsible to build strong and positive business relationship with bankers.
- Continuous effort to train new & existing bankers.
- Execute HQ & region office bancassurance activities.
- Respond to various requests including ad hoc from customers/bank/HQ.
Business Operations
- Ensure effective and efficient administration of day to day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions.
- Ensure all reports requested by Management & bankers are submitted timely.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
