Position Overview
To independently manage and operate a 5-axis CNC woodworking machine, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and oversee 5-axis CNC machines Interpret technical drawings and translate them into machining processes Perform machine programming and adjustments where required Ensure high precision and quality standards are consistently met Troubleshoot machine and production issues Optimize machine performance and workflow Train and guide junior operators Conduct routine machine maintenance checks Minimum Requirements Minimum 3–5 years CNC operating experience At least 2 years experience on 3-axis CNC machines Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Advantageous Skills Experience with 5-axis CNC machinery (preferred but not essential) CAD/CAM software experience Experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing (advantageous) Exposure to metal CNC env...
