About the role

SENDCO Vision for Education are working in partnership with a high-performing, three-form entry primary school in Wisbech, who are seeking an experienced and committed SENDCo to join their team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SEND specialist to take on a key leadership role within a welcoming, well-resourced and community-focused school. The role can be offered on a minimum of 3 days per week or full-time, depending on the successful candidate.

About the Role

Lead and manage SEND provision across the school, including Nursery

Oversee the day-to-day coordination of SEN supportand provision

Work closely with SLT to drive inclusive practice and school improvement

Manage and review EHCPs, SEN Support Plans and interventions

Liaise with parents, staff and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes

Support and guide teaching staff in delivering high-quality inclusive tea...
