Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs). Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils in both classroom and one-to-one settings. Monitor progress and contribute to assessment and review processes. What Weβre Looking For:
Proven experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach. Strong
munication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications ( Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND training). A
