SEN Teaching Assistant – Internal Provision

Location: Featherstone, WV10, Staffordshire

Full-Time | ASAP Start | Until End of Academic Year

Pay: £90-£110 per day

Smile Education is recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support an internal provision base in a supportive and well-led school. This is a long-term role ideal for someone experienced with SEND and SEMH needs , looking to make an immediate impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils with SEND in a dedicated provision base
• Working closely with the HLTA
• Delivering 1:1 and small group support
• Managing behaviour and supporting SEMH needs
• Creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment

What we’re looking for

• Experience supporting SEND pupils (essential)
• Strong behaviour management skills
