We’re working with supportive schools looking for Teaching Assistants who are keen to build hands-on experience in SEND settings. You’ll be in the classroom from day one, learning what teaching really looks like, with the support to grow your confidence.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils with additional needs in class and in small groups
• Helping with behaviour, routines, and engagement
• Learning practical strategies from experienced teachers and SEN staff
• Building strong relationships with pupils and staff

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in becoming a teacher
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Someone who’s ready to learn and get involved
• Experience with young people is helpful, but not essential
