We’re seeking calm, confident, and compassionate individuals to support pupils aged 11–18 in Special Schools and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) across Newcastle. This role goes beyond traditional classroom support—it's about building trust, offering consistency, and becoming the reliable adult many young people need.
The Role
Provide personalised 1:1 and small group support to students facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges
Help pupils develop resilience, emotional regulation, and social skills
