The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities—ensuring they are fully included, engaged, and able to make strong progress both academically and socially.

Your new role

Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for students with SEND, including those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties.

Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering differentiated learning activities.

Help create supportive, structured learning environments that promote independence and confidence.

Implement personalised strategies and interventions based on EHCP targets.
