We are looking for a skilled specialist to support our Trust in delivering fair, inclusive and legallypliant practice across exclusions, SEND, and equality.Working closely with school and Trust leaders, you will provide expert advice, attend panels and reviews, and help ensure decision-making is robust, consistent, and centred on the best oues for pupils.Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on exclusions, including panels and review processes.

Support schools to meet requirements under the SEND Code of Practice and promote inclusive practice.

Advise on Equality Act duties and help reduce disparities for vulnerable groups.

Support handling ofplexplaints, particularly where exclusions or SEND are involved.
