Roles and responsibilities

Overseeing the provision of special educational needs support across the school.

Identifying and assessing the needs of pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for pupils with SEN, in collaboration with teachers, parents, and external agencies.

Providing support and guidance to teachers in adapting teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of pupils with SEN.
