About the role:
Provide one-to-one or small group tuition to students with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needsDeliver tailored lessons that support academic progress and personal developmentAdapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles and needsWork closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistent supportMonitor and report on student progress The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with children or young people with special educational needsA patient, empathetic, and flexible approachStrong behaviour management skillsRelevant teaching or tutoring experience (QTS is desirable but not essential)An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) What we offer:
