SEN Teaching Assistant - Year 2 Autism Support

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

An excellent primary school in Camden is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 pupil with Autism on a one-to-one basis.

The pupil is bright and capable but requires support with communication, emotional regulation, transitions, and maintaining engagement throughout the school day. The school is looking for a calm, consistent, and proactive individual who can build a positive relationship and help the child thrive both academically and socially.

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience supporting children with Autism.

Be confident implementing strategies recommended by outside agencies.

Support the pupil both in class and during less structured times.
