A welcoming and inclusive school in Thatcham is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs while gaining valuable experience within education and SEN support.

In this role, the SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will help create a positive and structured learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.
