Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work full-time within a supportive school environment. The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support within the classroom. You will assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children or young people with additional needs
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN
