Location: Uxbridge, UB8 (Outer London)

Salary: £37,870 - £56,154 (MPS1-UPS3 Outer London) plus SEN Allowance £2,787 - £5,497. Realistic ceiling around £61,651 for an experienced candidate.

Contract: Permanent, full-time, term time

Start: September 2026 (earlier start considered for the right candidate)

The Role

An exceptional permanent opportunity has arisen for a SEN Teacher to join an established all-age special school in Uxbridge supporting pupils aged 7 to 19 with severe and complex learning needs.

The cohort includes pupils with SLD, PMLD, autism, sensory processing differences and complex communication needs. The school offers day, residential and short‑break provision and is run by a religious order with a strong Christian ethos.
