A specialist school in Kingsbury, North London is seeking a dedicated and skilled SEN Teacher to lead a small, highly personalised primary class of pupils aged 6-10 with complex learning needs. SEN Teacher Job Role:

Teach and manage a small class of non-verbal pupils, aged 6 to 10, using a range of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) methods, including objects of reference, visual supports, gestures, MAKATON, and iPad-based communication tools.

Plan and deliver an individualised, engaging curriculum with a strong focus on communication, sensory regulation, and personal development.

Lead a multidisciplinary team including LSAs and therapists, ensuring the holistic needs of each pupil are met.
