Teaching Assistant - Ware, Hertfordshire

Are you an empathetic and motivated Teaching Assistant looking to support students in a busy specialist SEN school with pupils with mild SEN needs?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for dedicated individuals to work in a well run and popular SEN school in Ware, Hertfordshire. This is an ongoing role starting asap and into next academic year and is expected to become permanent for Easter 2027.

We are looking for people with previous experience of working with students. If you are calm, nurturing and able to provide a safe space for these students, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:
