SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Romford
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated, compassionate, and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive school setting in Romford. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the educational journey and emotional wellbeing of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The role involves supporting pupils both on a 1:1 basis and within small group settings, helping children to feel safe, supported, and engaged within the school environment. You will work closely with pupils who may present with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing needs, or behavioural challenges.
