About the role:

Justteachers are working in partnership with a welcoming SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon to recruit a dedicated KS1 SEN Teacher for a September 2026 start. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young learners with additional needs at a crucial stage in their development, within a nurturing and well-resourced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN
• Assess, record, and report on student progress, ensuring planning reflects individual needs
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and external professionals
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively using positive strategies
• Undertake full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking
