Work with IT and automation teams to integrate fab equipment with SECS/GEM, EDA, and OPC-UA for smart manufacturing.
Implement AI-driven predictive maintenance and real-time equipment monitoring solutions.
Drive adoption of digital twins, IoT, and edge computing for equipment performance tracking
Implement fault detection, root cause analysis (RCA), and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) to resolve equipment issues.
Analyze tool-related defects, process drift, and performance variation using data-driven methodologies.
Implement advanced process control (APC) and fault detection classification (FDC).
Collaborate with fab operations, IT, and automation teams to optimize equipment performance.
