No formal teaching qualifications are required—what matters most is your ability to build relationships, remain calm under pressure, and provide consistent support to young people who may face challenges in school.

This role is ideal for people from a variety of backgrounds, including youth work, care, coaching, customer service, support work, mentoring, community roles, or anyone with experience working with children and young people.
