SEMH Tutor
Pay starting from GBP25 ph

Prospero Teaching are looking for a passionate and patient Tutor, who has experience with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, particularly Emotional Based School Non-Attendance (EBSNA). Prosper are partnered with a school and have a referral available to work a young person in Year 9 within Berwick Library. This particular referral is for 4 hours a week, with scope to build your timetable with other referrals, if that is what you are looking for.
This young person has a low academic ability due to being out of school for a long period of time due to their SEMH needs. To be successful in this role, you will have to be patient and focus on building a rapport with this young person, incorporating their interests into learning. We are looking for someone to start ASAP, it would be ideal if applicants had a DBS on the update service.
