The Role
Provide tailored careers guidance for SEMH students
Support pupils with college, apprenticeship, and employment options
Deliver one-to-one sessions, workshops, and group activities
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies
Help students develop confidence, independence, and employability skills
Requirements
Previous experience in careers advice, guidance, or education
Knowledge of SEMH needs and strategies for supporting these pupils
