We’re looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Senior SEM Specialist to lead performance marketing initiatives across paid search and paid social.

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of campaigns from strategy and execution to advanced analytics and automation. This client-facing role will drive scalable growth and mentor team members from our Marketing department for cohesive marketing. 

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management and Growth

• Own and lead SEM strategy across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and paid social platforms.
• Define growth strategies and performance targets to hit client goals
• Architect and optimize standard campaign structures using automation (Smart Bidding, audience signals, broad match strategies).
